Stress & Rescue

Stress is a major cause of diving accidents and significantly impacts how rescue situations unfold.

The SSI Diver Stress & Rescue program teaches you to recognize and manage stress in yourself and your dive buddies, prevent accidents before they happen, and respond properly when emergencies occur underwater.

Upon completion, you'll earn the SSI Diver Stress & Rescue Specialty certification — a key step toward your Master Diver rating.
