A two-week diving expedition through the Visayas. Six days aboard a safari boat working the reefs between Negros and Cebu, then five nights on the beach at Moalboal with a dive center at the water's edge. Whale sharks, sardine balls, and walls that drop past 60 meters.
What your $5,000 covers
Round trip airfare, six days of safari diving with divemaster service, tanks and weights, five nights at Cebu Seaview with house reef and boat diving, all meals, the whale shark dive at Oslob, and the mandatory check dive.
Budget separately for
Gear rental, marine sanctuary fees, dive and travel insurance, alcohol and meals off the boat, tours, courses, and tips.
Bring this, or you are not diving
Your own dive computer and surface marker buoy. Dive insurance is required. Advanced Open Water is strongly recommended; experienced Open Water divers can join, but may sit out the more demanding sites.
